 Providence storm Shelters delivered our tornado shelter and installed it last week. Our family is so happy to have this peace of mind for protection from severe storms here in Middle Tennessee! The website is great, but we wanted to touch and feel the shelter before our purchase, and we did go do so. The showroom is great with many varieties of shelters and the PSS Team provided explanations of all the features clearly. We chose the Work Bench Model for our garage. The entire process was easy and reliable. The unit was on time (6-8 weeks production to delivery) and it was in great condition when delivered. The install took approximately 45 minutes and we now have a safe place to escape a tornado. Our experience with PSS has been fantastic!  We just had one of your safe rooms installed and I cannot say enough good things about the installation crew. Their skill was amazing! They were polite, efficient, and when they left, my safe room was pristine and so were the surroundings. They took time to be sure I understood how to lock and unlock the room, and made sure I tried it.  Prior to visiting their facilities, I spoke with Bill Cotner (Director) several times over the 2016 holiday break.  Regardless of when I called (nights, weekends, even on one holiday day), Bill picked up the phone.  Most impressive.  More impressive was the amount of information that he passed along, as we developed the customizations we wanted for our unit.  After visiting his facility, and looking at the quality of their work, we ordered a unit.  On installation day, his crew called with their arrival time and offloaded the unit in the drive and moved it into the garage.  At 5x8', it fit in nicely and was installed within an hour.  The installation crew made ever effort to answer all of my questions.  Of particular note was their pride in produce--amazing in this day of age.  Both took care to insure that all smudges were removed and any touch ups made (very small dings, nothing noteworthy).  

All in all very very pleased with the investment and strongly recommend

We searched at least 5 different companies and Providence's shelter's we simply constructed better than any other units that we saw. The owner builds each room as if it were going into his own house. Loved the final product! The did great installing and having the safe room delivered on time. Highly recommended!
